From growing up in real estate development to working across all industries doing brand strategy, Alexis has learned that the secret to a strong brand is in its authenticity, and authentic brands are forged by authentic people. Easier said than done, as authenticity requires a safe place to talk about our vision and its perceived loftiness or obstacles and Alexis thrives on this level of trust.
Alexis is passionate about her work with people, whether it is with busy Moms trying to find the bandwidth and confidence to plan for what's next, or a business owner starting his/her next venture. Alexis also co-founded People Development Group to help teams and organizations to think like a problem-solver in the Special Operations Forces.
